basically, if you like cats, you count up, if you like dogs, you count down.
normally it starts at 100 and then if you hit 0, dogs win, or if you hit 200 then cats win.
but i guess because there's so few people around it makes sense to start at 10: dogs win at 0, cats win at 20?
so i'd start with 9, because pugs
