Despite being a Seer for quiet some time now, Ecto have never made it to the Half Moon Meeting with Fawnstalker's Seer. The first time, he had been too young to tag along, too inexperienced. Since, there had always been some reason he missed it or decided not to go, like the time he'd been sick with greencough. But this time, there was nothing keeping him stuck in Rotstalker camp, and he wasn't about to mess with his chances of going by doing something foolish again, either.
Shuffling about beneath the remaining pews of the old building, Ecto could barely keep all four feet on the ground, excitement building as they grew closer to the day; he would finally be like a real Seer! He'd finally get to interact with another pack properly! He was sure Lorelei would let him go, but as his feet danced around without his mind, he realized he had no idea what one actually did.
"Lorelei," Ecto called out, twitching an ear in her direction before he looked towards the Seer properly. "Lorelei, what is the Half Moon Meeting even like? Do... do you guys discuss the Masters, or if the Masters have spoken to anyone? Do we share new cures we might have learned? Do we talk about our packs? Is the other Seer friendly? I can barely imagine meeting with another pack without tensions; I can go this time, can't I, Lorelei?" he hammered out, barely a pause for breath between questions while his gooey tail dripped slime on the floor.

Lorelei smiled in amusement as she watched her apprentice dance around like a pup. In her eyes, someone much older than him, he was. Her footprints burned bright and she trailed beside Ecto.
"So curious, so many questions," she chuckled. "Where to begin. Yes, you can go this time, just dont get yourself in any trouble."
She sighed and hummed in concentration. Her furry tail swished lazily and the feathers on her neck bobbed. Ecto had never been to a Half Moon Meeting, and a simple description would do no justice. He had always been too you, sick, or in some sort of trouble with the highers. However, as all young people do, he was maturing. It was hard to imagine he was the pup she had helped birth not too long ago.
"We don't really discuss the master's messages with seers of other packs. The masters have special messages for each special individual, and often it stays that way."
Never had she been to a Half Moon Meeting where the messaged of the masters were spoken. Most of them simply received their messages, socialized, and returned to their pack when it was time.
"Seers share many things. Cures, skills, the troubles members of their pack are going through," Lorelei paused a bit when she though of how to describe the other seer to Ecto. "Caelum is.. pleasant. He means well. A bit on the quiet side, and don't expect him to trust you right away."
Lorelei didn't know how to explain him. He was extremely pretentious for a seer, showing loyalty and respect to whom he though deserved it. When she first met him her stray instincts kicked in and she was extremely cautious of him.
"I'll try not to," Ecto muttered, knowing how often he wandered off without even thinking about it. "I won't! I definitely won't," he amended, nodding to himself and to his mentor.
Still, he listened patiently to Lorelei as she went over the basics of the meeting, tail whipping back and forth excitedly as she spoke. "I can't wait to go," he repeated, glancing up at the stained glass windows as if hoping for a half moon now--but he knew it was still a few days away, and looking out old windows wasn't about to change that.
Sighing quietly, Ecto looked back to his mentor, putting his nose to the ground and trying to catch the scent of the store from here. "Is there anything you need me to do before half moon? Or just anything we need to do in general; camp is pretty boring. I'd like to go try and find some herbs if you need any?" he suggested, always restless when he stayed in camp so long.

Lorelei rolled her eyes at her apprentice's exaggeration.
"You can wait just fine, half moon'll be here before you know it."
She thought about the herbs she currently had in her den, deciding whether she needed anything or not. She had enough of the most important medicine to last a while, but a shortage of the minor medicines such as the ones she used for bellyaches or headaches. She understood her apprentices want to leave the camp. She was about his age when she arrived here and the territory had stifled her, usually being used to going wherever she wanted.
"Im running low on the minor medicines, nothing special."
Ecto's tail wagged excitedly, blue slime scattering about the den before dissolving against the stone like water. Maybe Lorelei could wait until half moon--she'd already been to it hundreds of times! It wasn't the same for her. But he wasn't about to argue further with his mentor; he wasn't about to do anything to risk going to the meeting.
"Minor medicines are important too," Ecto stated, sure that if something minor broke out and they didn't have the herbs they needed for it, it could turn into an epidemic--not to mention, he was restless to leave the camp again. "We could go get some," he suggested, stilling his dancing paws in an effort to make it appear like he was suggesting it for the sake of getting herbs and not travelling.
